Bug Description

Debian Wheezy will be out before too long. Here's a first cut at supporting a debian-wheezy install target in Makefile.install

I believe it still needs some work and testing. (And we need one for opensrf). More to follow as time permits.

Force-pushed rebased branch to same location, including some minor changes to bring it inline with current master and some additions to the README. Re-tested and it's working for me. Adding pullreq.

Marking as "in progress" for now. Something to consider in updating to include the wheezy target might be to change from using CPAN to the packages that might be available now for certain prerequisites.

Considering this superseded by work in bug 1190279 towards making modular makefiles for each distro. Marking as duplicate of that bug.
