When running the acquisitions Fund Propagation and Rollover process, both in dry run mode and real processing, the resulting summary that displays above the list of funds won't report a number above 20, even when the library has 20+ funds to propagate.
My testing showed that when a library had 16 funds, the displayed count was accurate, but when I ran it for a library with 21 funds and another with 167 funds, the summary said 20 funds had been propagated.
The process does create new funds for the new fiscal year for all the library's funds, not just 20.

Looks like this was fixed somewhere between 2012 and now. On both 3.7 and 3.8 I get the actual number of my funds (which is more than 20) showing when I do a dry run.
