Patron edit dropdown selection glitch

Evergreen 2.1 and 2.2 rc 1 Staff Client

Dropdown menus in the patron editor have a glitch when the menu is displayed above the combo box and the list is long. How long depends on the resolution of your monitor. The list would display above the dropdown but logically extend below. When you click on the dropdown box's arrow the option that would be under the arrow is selected and the menu is not displayed.

This happens most often on the stat cat dropdowns but it also happens on Home Library since we have 40+ locations.

The other side of this bug is sometimes nothing will happen at all when clicking the arrow. It takes multiple clicks to display the list. Again longer lists seem to make the problem worse.

We have seen this bug on Linux, wine and Windows 7 clients.

This seems to occur randomly for us as well. It seems once the data is cached and viewed things work appropriately afterwards. Though it does tear the dropdown away from the entry if we scroll the screen while we have the dropdown open.

This problem also occurs in 2.2 on the Acquisitions' Copies page with the Owning Branch, Shelving Location, Fund, and Circ-modifier drop down menus.
