No database backup provision from administrator login page

Bug Description
Administrator of Eventum application also is not able to take backup of database. We have to contact hosting service provider to arrange database backup. It would be great to provide "Manage backup" option in the Administrator tab.

not going to implement this. install phpmyadmin or something similar
