Bug Description
After upgrading to Eventum 3.0.2, the "Estimated Dev Time" value does not show on ticket pages nor search results. Previously entered values do appear when updating tickets, but any update causes the Estimated Dev Time to be incorrectly set to "1 hour".

I have fixed two bugs:
1: Estimated Dev Time not being displayed on view issue page.
2: Inability to update estimated dev time on update issue page.
As far as estimated dev time not showing on the issue listing page, please verify the column is enabled under Management -> Projects -> Columns to display. Please let me know if there are any further problems with it.
