Custom fields have disappeared

Bug Description
Running Eventum 2.3.1. This occurred 2 days ago for some unknown reason. All of our custom fields no longer display in the Issue Overview page. They still exist in the admin set up and they are displayed when creating an issue. They have just disappeared from the display in the issue overview.
This also coincides with another issue of some of our users not getting the proper email notifications even though everything is set up correctly in preferences.
Any thoughts?

2.3.1 is too old to support, try upgrading to 3.0 version first
