would like to restore bigger fonts and center buttons like they were before ui merge branch

this is not to scare users with new ui too much :)

also there's some ui glitches due fixed size

also "fixed font" link creates weird scrollbar in issue initial description area

What OS / Browser / resolution are you running at? The fonts look normal to me and I can't reproduce the scrollbar issue.

chrome 33, chrome 34, linux, resolution ... wide enough to have it to be wide enough to have such ui glicthes visible :)

fonts: maybe should "XX pt" vs "XX px" issue? if using "pt" units, switch to "px" units, or vice versa?

can you fix buttons placements? and make screenshot of yours?

Buttons changed back to center.

I also changed the font size from using percentages (70%) to em (.8em). Not sure if this will fix things for you. We can change to an absolute size as well if that is what is needed.

Bryan: in your screenshot the upper table is also not 100% (dashes end middle of the page)
