Euclide will open all files mentioned in output window

Bug Description

Highlighting/selecting one of the list on "Output" window causes euclide to clear it from top to bottom when rebuilding.

The highlighted item then will be always on top, and while clearing it, euclide will open the file mentioned at highlighted list.
