Bug Description

In the exportVolume() method of LogicalStorageManager, enableLogicalVolume() is called to activate LVs used for AoE volumes, but the same needs to be done for iSCSI volumes, otherwise the ISCSI target setup for existing volume fails after a reboot of the SC server.

This is actually a regression. It was fixed in 1.6.2 but did not get applied to the 2.0 series. Fixed in revno 1195.1.215 of lp:eucalyptus
