Bug Description
When running in managed mode a NC can run on the same node as its associated CC or it can run on a separate node. However, problems arise when you do both -- that is, run NCs on both the CC and another node. AIUI this is due to the fact that when the cluster goes to tear down a network the order in which the NCs do so is important; if the CC/NC node isn't the last one to do so then it loses contact with the network in question on the rest of the NCs.
