Bug Description
The amazonaws.com web services are supplied on port 80 (and 443, see my separate bug for that); UEC installs on port 8773. This is awkward - its less likely to be already available through a firewall.
It should be possible to provide an apache url mapping rule to pass the API urls (which are well known - they are part of the defined S3 and EC2 API specifications) through to Eucalyptus whatever port the backend is listening on. Some care or glue code may be needed to make sure that signatures still validate.

Setting to triaged. I hear from Dan that Chris is working to make this configurable, at least, for the next version.
