Restarting libvirtd breaks Eucalyptus NC

Bug Description

As said, the NC looses the libvirtd socket if this daemon is restarted, failing further operations with
[EUCAERROR ] libvirt: cannot send data: Broken pipe (code=38)

See also the Ubuntu bug #512887 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/eucalyptus/+bug/512887). Ubuntu already "fixed" this issue by adjusting the euca-nc/libvirtd dependencies in the init scripts, but this is more like a workaround. IMHO the Eucalyptus NC itself should be fixed to handle a restarted libvirtd.
