Bug Description

$ euca-describe-image-attribute -l eki-BB2C1441
launchPermission eki-BB2C1441 group all
launchPermission eki-BB2C1441 userId admin

$ euca-modify-image-attribute -l -r all eki-BB2C1441
IMAGE eki-BB2C1441

$ euca-describe-image-attribute -l eki-BB2C1441
launchPermission eki-BB2C1441 group all
launchPermission eki-BB2C1441 userId admin
