Bug Description
The CC is chopping off the last character of the public IP when running instances in STATIC networking mode. There is a bug in vnetwork.c that is incorrectly copying all but the last character from the private IP field, fix has been made and is in testing. Symptom of this bug is manifested as differing public/private IPs when running 'euca-describe-
INSTANCE i-4FB907E1 emi-23CF11A3 192.168.7.18 192.168.7.188 running
mykey 0 m1.small 2009-10-
eri-DCCA14C3
Functionally, the instance is getting the correct ip, but the reporting is incorrect.
