Links in "Extras" section open in same window/tab

Bug Description
When clicking on the "euca2ools" and "other_clients" links in the "Extras" section of the UI, the links are opened in the same browser window/tab. As these are links to an external site, it would be preferable from a usability point of view if these were to open in a new browser tab / window.
