Bug Description
Right now, the Cloud Controller component send confirmation email for new user account through localhost. It may not always be desirable to run an MTA on the cloud controller itself, for example when there is an SMTP server somewhere else on the network. It might be good to make the SMTP server to use a configuration option. It could, for example, be something that you can change in the Configuration tab of the web UI.
Doing so would resolve Ubuntu bug #364902, that I just reported, by removing the need to run an MTA locally.
