There is too much sawtooth shape on the courses

Bug Description
Many of the courses have frustrating sawtooth shaped walls. They should be smooth curves. You can't slide leaning a wall in a curve because it's awfully shaped and you will crash on the "corners".
Maybe we should increase the course resolution or add some kind of smoothing.

I must admit that there are some maps with good curves. So maybe some maps are just made badly..
