Bug Description
On the main page of the Ubuntu Error Tracker after selecting a package the drop down for package versions only shows "All Installed Versions" while it should be populated with versions of that package.

This still works on the staging version of the Error Tracker so it is not an issue with the code, rather something with the configuration of the production version.
