Bug 1447635 was created by the Error Tracker and so the Error Tracker is the canonical source of information about incidents of this particular crash. Looking at the bucket in the Error Tracker we can see that this crash last occurred in May of 2016. It seems to me that a job could be created which would regularly check for bugs which the Error Tracker had created and if there has not been an incident of the crash in some period of time, or if there is a new version of the package and that package version is not listed in the incidents then the Error Tracker should comment on the bug and possibly close it as Invalid / Fix Released.
