Bug Description

Firefox reports - Blocked loading mixed active content "http://yui.yahooapis.com/combo?gallery-2013.02.27-21-03/build/gallery-datasource-manage-stale/gallery-datasource-manage-stale-min.js"[Learn More - https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Security/MixedContent]

In Chrome, it ignores and doesn't load that script and provided more details:
Mixed Content: The page at 'https://errors.ubuntu.com/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://yui.yahooapis.com/combo?gallery-2013.02.27-21-03/build/gallery-datasource-manage-stale/gallery-datasource-manage-stale-min.js'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.
(either yui-min.js:55 or nv.d3.min.js:1 total 80)

Couldn't really grep the file though. It looks like YUI is not maintained now, but we also have an older version.

It appears the javascript was moved to the local server, so this is fixed. Thanks!
