Bug Description
It seems that e.u.c stopped to cross lines corresponding to fixed bugs. That seems to have started some weeks ago, could be around the same time that the "... seen" column started listing Ubuntu series rather than packages versions

revision 606 of the daisy code has been deployed and reduces the quantity of OOPSes by querying Launchpad less. This fixed the marking of bugs as fixed on the frontpage for me.

This is likely related to the SSLErrorReadTim eouts seen at https:/ /oops.canonical .com/reports/ WHOOPSIE- PROD/ when communicating with the Launchpad API to get information about whether or not a bug is fixed. This also happens when trying to determine what pocket a package is from.
