Bug Description

Looking at the following problem in the error tracker:

https://errors.ubuntu.com/problem/428b0433447e52ecda069ef4a47a7c0950c3adef

While there are 41 instances of this issue as of today, many of them are from the same system identifier. At least these oops'es

https://errors.ubuntu.com/oops/51cf2962-e4d9-11e3-a7ff-fa163e373683

are all from system identifier 8058ff18c381.... The issue being that in this particular case the number of instances on the problem page isn't telling us the whole story as it seems to be one system experiencing the same problem over and over again. So it would be useful to have something on the problem page that displays the number of systems affected.

Additionally, perhaps instead of daisy creating multiple rows in the oops cf for this issue it should instead increment a counter if the "crash" is similar.
