"Frequency" name for table column is unclear

Bug Description

1. Go to <https://errors.ubuntu.com/>.
2. Look at the table column that contains bars.

What you see: "Frequency".

What you should see: Something less confusing.

"Frequency" sounds like it could be the result of a calculation. But this column is not; it is is a raw count of occurrences in a particular period.

Errors is running r478 now, but this requires an update of the assets because it is javascript.

I've updated assets now and submitted an RT to have errors use the new version of it.

The errors frontends are using the new version now and the Frequency column has been renamed.
