Test not working, no documentation?

I can't seem to find the documentation on Errors, and it's not clear what file to start to set up the system.
When I run the test, it doesn't run, either:

$ ./test/run
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "test/test_crash_rate.py", line 5, in <module>
    import pycassa
ImportError: No module named pycassa

Where can I find documentation on making an error reporting server for my own services/software?
