Bug Description
1. Go to a bucket page with hundreds or more instances, e.g. <https:/
2. Scroll to the bottom and try to follow any of the links in the footer.
What happens: The footer disappears off the bottom of the screen as more instances appear.
What should happen: Any page that scrolls infinitely should not have a footer.
