add extra links to errors.u.c site including dep8 test results

Bug Description
It would be really useful if the table below the graph on errors.ubuntu.com contained some extra links such as:
- making the package name a link to http://
- adding an icon (?) iff the package has a dep8 test (*). If clicked, it would take you to:
https:/
(*) bonus points if the icon could indicate visually (traffic lights and/or pure text) as to whether the dep8 tests for the package are currently passing :-)
