Bug Description
Sometimes we get users come onto IRC with a crash that they've reported to errors. It's hard for us to get to the report to be able to have some information about the crash.
You've got to give them a commandline snippet to run to open their list of reported crashes, which is then a fairly impenetrable list of UUIDs.
Ideally this page would be easily accessible (perhaps provide a script to launch it in the browser) and would allow users and developers to see more information about each crash.

https:/ /errors. ubuntu. com/user/ gives me a flagrant system error (not a 404). Does that page actually exist, or is it something that needs designing first, or what?
