Bug Description

Now that we have moved to using hashes in urls it is hard to determine the function name when viewing problems in the most common problems table. For example if you go to:

https://errors.ubuntu.com/?user=foundations-bugs&period=month

The function names are cut short due to the length of the package versions, subsequently you only see the first couple of characters of the function. I used to be able to mouse over the function and see the function name in the hyperlink to be followed, however this no longer works since we are using hashes in the url.

The function name is the easiest way to distinguish between different errors so it would be helpful to have it appear again in some form. Evan suggests alt text or floating div for the function on mouse over.
