errors table should accept a customized limit

Bug Description

The api allows you specific a limit so that you don't have 100 errors returned. The landing page at errors.ubuntu.com should allow you to use the same parameter, so something like this would work.

https://errors.ubuntu.com/?package=update-manager&release=Ubuntu%2012.10&limit=10

Actually it looks like static/js/most_common_problems.js would need changing so that one could override the default limit of 100.
