Bug Description

The graph on a bucket page has the vertical axis "Instances of this problem per day".
<https://errors.ubuntu.com/bucket/?id=%2Fusr%2Fbin%2Fjockey-gtk%3AValueError%3A%3Cmodule%3E%3Arun%3Acheck%3A__call__%3Acall_blocking%3A_message_cb%3Ahandler_info%3Arecommended%3A__init__%3AgetData%3A__get_value_from_name>

It would be more informative if the axis was "Average errors/machine/calendar day", like it is on the front page. Then the graph would be more (though not totally) resilient to changes in the total number of reporting machines.
