Bug Description
1) Move browser window to the right and make unity resize it to use half of sreen width
2) Open errors.ubuntu.com
3) Wait for it to fully load
4) Either maximize the browser window, or zoom out.
What happens: The grid dots now cover only part of the graph area.
What should happen: The grid is redrawn over the whole graph.

Note in the below example the light blue quantal peak should be right after 12.10 release market, but it isn't.
Reloading the page while in fullscreen puts the background dots and markers in the correct place, i.e. "more distributed to the right".
