Bug Description
Right now if you view the list of reports on your system, you need to be in ~ubuntu-bugcontrol to be able to view the individual report data. We can remedy this by skipping the open ID check if a provided system UUID (as present in the URL for the "my system's reports" page) matches the system UUID present in the report to be viewed.
Check with the security team before deploying this. They had some concern around this idea.
