They're always created by whoopsie-daisy-bug-bridge. Is this not sufficient for an LP/LPAPI search?

That would be fine but are you this is working properly? I don't see any bugs reported by that user (https://bugs.launchpad.net/~whoopsie-daisy-bug-bridge/+reportedbugs) and know that I used the create link at least once.
