Selecting a date range in the average errors per day graph should change the most common problems table to the matching date range

Bug Description

Selecting a date range in the average errors per day graph by selection a portion of the smaller graph window should change the most common problems table to "most common problems in the date range" and update the table to reflect that range.

If you do this, the filter controls for the table should change to the same date range, though the reverse should not happen (entering a date range by date should not change the main graph)."
