Bug Description

None of the menus, dropdowns and input fields responds to input.

Cannot quit the application except by manually ending the process.

Please, could you run Equival from terminal and copy paste here the output?

It does not generate any output. Let me know if there's a debug option that I can run it with.

Also, when running from the command line, Ctrl-C does not cause the app to exit.
