add possibility to control client in fullscreen mode

It would be nice if the teacher can be switch to fullscreen mode on client view/control.

Currently, we use xvnc4viewer for remote controlling/monitoring of the clients. You can bring up its menu by pressing F8 and enable fullscreen mode.

We plan to replace xvnc4viewer with a custom dialog which will provide more options (Lock screen etc) in a toolbar, so I mark this as Triaged
