Bug Description

The WIN32 implementation of osiSpawnDetachedProcess() calls MessageBox() on error. So there is a popup dialog when caRepeater.exe is not found. IMO. this seems a rude way to signal an error in what is otherwise a non-gui process. Should this be changed to print to stderr like the other implementations?
