Bug Description
Bug reported by M Davidsaver:
For EPICS Base it looks like RTEMS targets are not generating the Make
dependency files (*.d) because $(HDEPEND_CFLAGS) is missed when
$(CFLAGS) is redefined in "configure/
attached patch for a possible fix.
