Comment 5 for bug 1571224

When reading this report I was immediately suspicious of some connection to lp:1091401, which fixes a crash related to ACF and CA disconnects, though in a different situation. The fix for this bug first appeared in 3.14.12.4, which happens to be the version that Matt is using.

So far I've spent some time trying to understand the RSRV code in question, but haven't found any obvious candidates to cause linked list corruption.
