Bug Description
makeBaseApp doesn't directly support the new *Sup or *Top directory names or provide any examples of them.
We should move parts of the example template into an exampleSup area which is used by the exampleApp IOC build.
Maybe also have a separate snlApp for building the stand-alone sequencer program?
