Screen doesn't snap to linked area

Bug Description
When opening a page from either a word search or clicking a ref link in an article, while the correct derivation is expanded, it does not scroll the screen down to the expanded section. In addition, some ref links point to a specific sub-element inside the expanded area, it would be better if the screen could scroll down to the specific point being referenced.
It could also be good to highlight the referenced area.
