Bug Description
For some reason, the code to do this reschedules the upload for 2 minutes after it was previously scheduled to run, not 2 minutes after the current attempt has ended (in failure); this means that if Entropy is "running behind", it can fall into a meltdown where too many uploads are being continually scheduled in a tight loop.
