Bug Description
** IMPORTED FROM GOOGLE CODE **
Frontend seems to have a problem with a scandinavian letters like ä and ö.
For example word 'syödä' is printed like 'syöDä'. So ä and ö letters are
printed correctly, but the letters before or after them are printed in
uppercase.
This problem seems to be all over the frontend including photographs, rss
and music library.

rev 332 and 333 has fixed the indexer breaking when it meets music files with weird
characters
however it also drops any files that cause a problem, so a fix to this bug needs to
sort out the issue completely as well
