libelementary.so.1.17.99 in multiple dependent packages

[Snafu]

Both packages, libefl 201604102131-32134~ubuntu14.04.1 and libelementary 201603242216-12490~ubuntu14.04.1 contain the file /usr/lib/libelementary.so.1.17.99.

As libelementary depends on libefl, this prevents the packages to be properly installed:
