Bug Description
When I create a program in which I set local variable before declaring it (I send an example of such program in attachment), the program compiles without any errors or warnings, but when I run it on my mindstorms brick, I get incomprehensible runtime error:
Exception: 16
at: 83:9
I would prefer to have compile time error in such situation.
