Enblend 4.0 allocates too much memory.

Bug Description

When stitching large panos enblend 4.0 mallocs so much memory that it fails with "out of memory". Enblend 3.2 happily blends the pano!

(I suspect that enblend 3.2 still has the striping artefacts....)

See: https://bugs.launchpad.net/hugin/+bug/685105 as well.

It seems that the "I was compiled without Imagecache" error message was too cryptic for me to read....

WITH imagecache it crashes with a double free error after loading the second image.

When I compile it with debug-malloc (dmalloc) support, I get a segmentation fault instead of the "glibc detected double free".
