enblend 4.2 CMake error

I run into the following problem failing to configure/build enblend-enfuse 4.2 using the CMake build system.

  does not contain a CMakeLists.txt file.

Probably fixed in rev 1f276a9e5840.

Actually that doesn't fix the issue, the CMakeLists.txt in src/{dynamic_loader,layer_selection} are missing from the enblend-enfuse-4.2.tar.gz release tarball. Adding the missing CMakeLists.txt (e.g. with the attached patch) taken from the Mercurial repository allows the build to succeed.
