Bug Description

At least sometimes enblend 4.1 omits input images from the output image. See http://www.lemis.com/grog/Day/20130214/ for a graphic example and sample files. When invoked in the same way as enblend 4.0, one image does not occur in the output file.

This occurred with the FreeBSD version of enblend, which I have just compiled for the first time. It's possible that the problem only occurs under FreeBSD, though I'm fairly sure that it's not a FreeBSD problem.

I'm still investigating this problem. So far it has occurred on all 360° panoramas I have tried, always at the end.
