Bug Description
Per email from JD, not all fee codes are up to date.
example:
The H112 is now worth $34.20, not $14.70
The H113 is worth $19.80 not $8.65

In fact all of the codes are out of date, as are the $$ values. I have an updated version locally, but I am still toying with different engines to display the content. Ultimately, I will open it up to all EMA members to update themselves, which should mitigate emails like that one.
FYI - I am currently at the tagging stage, attempting to keyword all the codes, making it more searchable.
