Bug Description
If I have an avatar, and start a task, and then for some reason disconnect and reconnect, after I reconnect the client does not notice that there is a task running, so does not display the task UI with progress bar, or play the animation associated with that task.

Interesting. This would probably also mean that if you get a sight of an entity which already has a task running, you won't see the animation of it. I'll investigate.
